CMS GmbH and SCANCOIN – PERCONTA conclude an agreement

Leipzig, 22/11/2011 – The CMS Cash Management Systeme GmbH and SCANCOIN – PERCONTA GmbH have signed a long-term cooperation treaty at early November 2011.
Aim of the agreement is the establishment of an integrated concept for hard- and software by technological combining the core competencies of both companies.
