Leipzig-based CMS Cash Management Systeme GmbH has entered into an agreement with Tidel Engineering L. P. for marketing the Tidel product line SENTINEL on the German market.

As a leading company in the field of cash security, the US company Tidel Engineering L. P. has been offering products to secure and process cash in retail for 25 years. With over 250,000 units sold in over 40 countries and an ISO 9001:2000 certification Tidel is an experienced partner for retail, cash-in-transit companies and banks.

CMS Cash Management Systeme GmbH is a specialist provider for cash management solutions for cash-in-transit companies, banks and retailers and offers an innovative general concept to control and monitor cash efficiently in cooperation with its partners ALVARA Cash Management Group AH, Cegelec Anlagen- und Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and Tidel.

The agreement between Tidel and CMS aims to offer an integrated cash management solution with software, modular systems for cash processing, service and data platform to retailers and banks. Potential savings for the back office, accounting, risk and controlling with the retail client are very high.

The Sentinel solutions may be purchased in modules or can be provided as a holistic solution by CMS for a fixed monthly rate. This offers a fast contribution to improve the complex cash flow at the customers’ branches and headquarters.
